Mr. Yan, a Montclair State University Industrial Design graduate, was one of 12 management award recipients and the first Chinese winner. At his family’s factory, he cut costs by 55%, doubled orders, had zero complaints for three years, and expanded to 20+ countries. He later thrived in business model design, retail, education, e-commerce, logistics, and healthcare, excelling in structure, financing, and growth. He also leads various NGOs and charities.
