Mr. Wong graduated from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia, in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. With over 18 years of experience in accounting, finance, and advisory services, he is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK, 2014) and a member of the Hong Kong Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

His career began at Grant Thornton in 2005 as a Senior Auditor, advancing to Head of China Business Development from 2008 to 2009. From 2010 to 2016, he served as Senior Auditor and Audit Supervisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Mazars in Hong Kong.

Since 2017, Mr. Wong has been the Financial Director of Hong Kong Health World Group (an associate of a listed company, HKEX: 1884). In 2018, he became Executive Director of CWongyi Holdings Limited and was appointed Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman of Datasea Inc. (NASDAQ: DTSS). In 2020, he founded and chairs DW Corporate Advisory Limited. In late 2021, he assumed the role of Financial Director at Huissen Home International Group Limited (HKEX: 2127).

In 2022, Mr. Wong was appointed Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chairman of Universal Printing Holdings Limited (HKEX: 8448). In 2023, he became Chief President of the Zhi Xing Charitable Foundation and, in October, Non-Executive Director of Jiangmen DW Technology Co., Ltd. In January 2024, he was named Vice-Chairman of both the Hong Kong Jiangmen Wuyi Overseas Friendship Association and the Hong Kong Jiangmen Wuyi Hometown Association.

黃先生於2005年畢業於澳洲雪梨麥格理大學，獲得會計學士學位，並擁有超過18年的會計、財務＆顧問經驗。 2014年，黃先生取得英國特許公認會計師公會（ACCA）專業資格，並成為香港華人會計師公會會員。

黃先生的職業生涯始於禮恆會計師事務所，2005年擔任高級審計師，並於2008至2009年升任中國業務發展部主管。隨後，他於2010至2016年在香港羅兵咸永道會計師事務所＆馬施雲會計師事務所分別擔任高級審計員＆審計主管。

自2017年起，黃先生擔任香港健美天地集團財務總監（上市公司聯營企業，股份代號：1884.hk）。 2018年，出任築熿控股有限公司執行董事，並被委任為數海資訊科技有限公司（納斯達克上市，股份代號：DTSS）獨立董事＆審計委員會主席。 2020年，黃先生創立並擔任香港廸勤企業顧問有限公司董事長。 2021年底，他成為匯森家居國際集團有限公司（股份代號：2127.hk）財務總監。

2022年，黃先生獲任環球印館控股有限公司（股份代號：8448.hk）獨立非執行董事＆審計委員會主席。 2023年，他被委任為至興慈善基金首席會長，並於同年10月出任江門市廸勤科技有限公司非執行董事。 2024年1月，黃先生獲任香港江門五邑僑聯聯誼總會＆香港江門五邑同鄉聯誼總會副理事長。
